About KAROLINE ASHLEY

Friends and clients often refer to me as a "house doula."

As the founder of Ashley Realty Works in 2006, I have found great joy of over the past 18 years helping people buy and sell homes in the Portland Metro area and recently along the coast, I still find myself energized every day by the stories of the individuals we serve. You are the heart of our business. For me, a home is not just a property; it's a sanctuary for people, especially during significant life events that often accompany changes in living arrangements.

Friends and clients often refer to me as a "house doula," a term that resonates with the joy I find in guiding clients through the next phase of their lives, whether it's upsizing, downsizing, relocating out of state, or other major life transitions. Drawing on my background as a previous coach and teacher, I pride myself on meeting people where they are and helping them take that next step.

Facilitating the real estate process and making it as smooth as possible, with the least amount of stress, is my goal. One of my core values is creativity, which I leverage to create unique marketing strategies and think outside the box during negotiations and problem-solving. I thrive on taking on challenges and finding win-win solutions. And I love thinking about the best way to market a property. I am a naturally good at sales with a casual and approachable energy that makes people instantly comfortable.

Being able to contribute to the happiness of my clients by guiding them through significant life events is what makes my work fulfilling. Your journey is unique, and I'm here to ensure it's a positive and memorable experience.
