Sellers, the Realtors in our office conduct their own special WRT tour of homes on Thursday. This means we can access 20-50 top agents who are committed to coming to tour listings right away, the same day we list the property, AND right before we list offering critical price opinions and feedback. These agents will also likely have a buyer which right away increases our exposure to their buyers.
