My diverse professional background as a licensed contractor, investment property owner, and property manager allows me to provide practical insights and expertise to my clients.

With more than 13 years as principal , my focus has been on guiding clients through their home-buying journey as the lead Buyer's agent on our team. I've been known for listening well and navigating negotiations to help buyers discover properties that align with their preferences.

I've honed my negotiation skills, especially in competitive situations with multiple offers or repair discussions, and I'm grateful for the positive feedback from clients. My diverse professional background as a licensed contractor, investment property owner, and property manager allows me to provide practical insights and expertise to my clients.

In addition to my real estate experience, my past roles as a high school teacher and outdoor educator have shaped my approach to naturally educate and inform clients throughout the real estate process.

Aside from my knowledge, I try to bring a sense of humor to the team, fostering a positive environment. My commitment to service is reflected in my willingness to assist clients with various tasks, from dump runs to offering remodeling tips and loaning tools. I'm dedicated to serving clients with integrity and strive to be a valuable member of our team.

Fun Facts about Wick

Not only does Wick has professional experience as a general contractor who can make or build pretty much anything, Wick was also a high school art teacher at Sherwood HS where he taught Ceramics, Painting, Photography, Drawing, and Jewelry Arts ( Lost wax casting trained at Revere Academy in SF). Wick can be found here when its time to blow off some steam- making pottery!

Wick’s happy place is in the mountains, and he shares his joy of mountaineering & climbing with his kids. This picture is in the North Cascades, celebrating a selfie after his son Felix, led the climbing pitch to the top.

As a former ski patroller at some of the most premier ski resorts in the West,

(Big Sky & Yellowstone Club) Wick takes any chance he can to hit the slopes, especially a quick trip to Ski Bowl or when he is in Sisters to Hoodoo.

Wick is always sending his family fun pictures of the pets. We have two dogs and a cat who put up with his antics.
